For almost 6 months God has been consistently telling me to be brave. Friends have given me gifts with that word on it, my youngest randomly held my face and declared to me, “Mommy, you’re so brave,” and dreams, podcasts and messages have been echoing the same—CANDACE, BE BRAVE.

“Um…but Jesus, I’m terrified.”

So lovelies, how do we step out of our comfort zones and into bravery when we know God has our footing but our insecurities are screaming, “don’t do it!” How do we identify and pick up our slingshot and stone and take down our Goliath like David did when we feel we have every reason to cower because we aren’t “suited and trained” like those around us? Let’s talk about it and step out into bravery together.
