There’s nothing worse than having sick littles….actually, correction, there’s nothing worse than having sick littles and not being able to help them. My two boys just got over yucky colds and it was a doozy for them and this mama’s heart.

BUT through all of the runny noses and fevers, I’ve established a faithful my-babies-are-sick kit that helps ease their symptoms that I’d like to share with you. All of this is done along with using a humidifier, essential oils and an air purifier in our sons room.

Hope this helps you, Momma’s!

Tiny Noses Cold Kit

This has become a favorite day/night when my oldest has lots of congestion and coughing. Helps tone down and sometimes cancel out his runny nose altogether. (2yrs+)

Since my youngest isn’t quite 2 years old, he isn’t able to take any of the slightly stronger meds. So when I can convince him to take something I give him Hyland’s Baby. It’s gentle and effective and helps his little body fight off the yuckies. (6mo+)

I seriously hate fevers. They make my tiny’s miserable and lethargic. When I need something to help regulate their fevers while they’re awake (I try not to wake them when sleeping), I use the dye-free Tylenol. (12mo, 2yo+)

This is a Momma-Favorite! Whether you pour a ton of this in the bath or drizzle on the shower floor and let steam, it helps loosen up the mucus in their little chests and smells amazing to boot! It’s also really calming before bedtime. Made by and for mommas. (6mo+)

I rub this on their chest, back and feet before bed. It’s not as strong as the original Vicks and it still works well. They also request it when feeling yucky! (3mo+)

Rub a tiny amount on your littles nostrils and upper lip to prevent chaffing and irritation when they have runny noses. It’s soothing and keeps them from looking like Rudolph!
